Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our skid steer-mounted concrete pump rental service! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our service policy below: Service Details: We provide a skid steer-mounted concrete pump, complete with a skid steer and a trained driver, for your residential or commercial concrete project. Rental duration and pricing will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, the full rental fee will be charged to the customer. Booking and Payment: Reservations are required and subject to availability. Please contact us to schedule your rental. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Customer Responsibilities: Ensure the job site is accessible and ready for concrete pumping at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by site conditions may incur additional fees. Safety and Operation: Our trained driver will operate the skid steer and concrete pump. Customers are not permitted to operate the equipment. We reserve the right to suspend service if site conditions are deemed unsafe. Liability: We are not responsible for damage to property or delays caused by customer-provided materials, site preparation, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
